91porn, The School Superintendents Association, is excited to launch a new podcast, The Future-Driven Leader with the 91porn President. The program will be hosted by Gladys Cruz, the 2023-24 president of 91porn and superintendent of in Castleton, N.Y.

Each episode鈥攔eleased the first Thursday of each month鈥攚ill be co-hosted by David R. Schuler, executive director of 91porn, and will feature a prominent school system leader or a leader in an industry outside of the education space. Topics will focus on the myriad of hot-button issues that are affecting public education and explore what鈥檚 working in school districts across the country.

In addition, each episode will include the voice of a student reflecting on that episode鈥檚 theme and how it has influenced that student in the classroom as well as his or her personal life.

In the inaugural episode, released October 5, 2023, president Glady Cruz talks with president-elect Gustavo Balderas, superintendent, , about the importance of increasing Latino/a representation in educational leadership.

We also hear from student Isabella Weisman, a senior at Chatham Central School District (N.Y.), who talks about the importance of her heritage as it relates to her education.
