My View

KISS. Keep it Simple Stupid.

Simple profundity is the end goal, making the complex seem simple to the end user. As the leader of a school system, all your strengths are required to effectively contend with changing facts and factors, helping move the organization to a higher plateau of performance.

Organizations are designed to get the results they get. Subsequently, intentional actions must be taken to achieve exponential results. It is about being both tactical and strategic, fostering a culture of synergy. The demystification of the seemingly complicated nature of a complex system starts with the articulation and internalization of the “why,” the organization’s purpose.
